The Purple Top Verbena, or Verbena bonariensis, is an airy perennial reaching up to 6 feet tall and spreading 1 to 3 feet. Known for its vibrant purple clusters atop slender stems, this plant sways gracefully in the breeze. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it is drought-tolerant and attracts pollinators. It presents a stunning vertical element in borders or as a backdrop in garden designs. Hardy in zones 7-11.
