How the 14-day trial works

A card is required to start. We collect it when you sign up. Nothing is charged while the trial runs.
On day 15 the subscription starts by itself. We charge the plan and billing period you chose above, at the price shown above, and it renews on that same period until you cancel.
Cancel any time. Open the billing portal from your account and cancel there. Cancel before day 15 and you are never charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
One trial per customer. If you have trialed db.garden before, billing starts as soon as you subscribe again.

Payment FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel during the 14-day trial and you're never charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I switch plans?: Yes — move between Solo and Studio, or change your Studio seat count, anytime from your billing portal. Changes are prorated.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: We never delete your projects. But opening or exporting them requires an active subscription — resubscribe anytime and everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I get the free trial more than once?: The 14-day trial is once per customer. If you've trialed before, you'll be billed when you start again — there's no second free trial.
Do you offer refunds?: The 14-day trial is there so you can decide before paying. If something's wrong after that, talk to us.
Why a two-seat minimum on Studio?: Studio is built for teams — shared projects and individual logins. Solo is the right fit for one designer.
