The Cherrybark Oak, or Quercus pagoda, is a stately tree prized for its strong wood and vibrant fall coloration. Maturing to 70-80 feet with a spread of 40-50 feet, this oak thrives in zones 6-9, preferring full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Its glossy, dark green leaves grow to 6 inches and transform to brilliant reds in fall. A well-suited specimen for large landscapes, offering grandeur and seasonal interest.
