Overview
Swamp White Oak, or Quercus bicolor, is a majestic deciduous tree reaching up to 60 feet in height with a broad, rounded crown. Thriving in zones 4-8, it prefers wet, poorly-drained soils, making it ideal for naturalized areas. Its leaves are bright green above and white underneath. In the fall, expect a palette shift to golden yellow. Acorns feed wildlife, while the bark adds winter interest. Perfect for large landscapes and parks.
