Overview
Phlomis russeliana, commonly known as Sticky Jerusalem Sage, is a robust perennial with woolly, heart-shaped leaves and captivating whorls of yellow, hooded flowers. Thriving in zones 5-9, it reaches up to 3-4 feet in height and spreads 2-3 feet. Adaptable to various soils, it prefers full sun to partial shade. Drought-tolerant and deer-resistant, it provides excellent texture and vertical interest in xeriscapes or Mediterranean gardens. Blooms appear in early to mid-summer.
