Overview

Marrubium rotundifolium, or Silver-edged Horehound, is a ground-hugging perennial featuring distinctive, round, woolly leaves with shimmering silver edges. This drought-tolerant plant spreads to approximately 18 inches wide and grows to a height of 6 to 12 inches. Ideal for adding texture to rock gardens or borders, it thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained soils. Hardy in zones 5 through 9, it requires minimal maintenance.
