Lavandula X Heterophylla
Overview
Sweet Lavender, Lavandula x heterophylla, is a perennial hybrid known for its fragrant, narrow leaves and long-lasting, pale purple flowers. Growing 24 to 36 inches tall and wide, it adds height and texture. Prefers full sun and well-draining soil. Drought-tolerant once established, it attracts pollinators while deterring deer. Ideal for borders, herb gardens, and aromatic plantings. Hardy in USDA zones 8 to 10. Trim after flowering to maintain shape.
