Overview

The Hibiscus hybrid 'French Vanilla' is a mounded perennial rose mallow with enormous 7-8 inch ruffled blooms in creamy custard yellow, often softening toward white in heat, above deep green foliage. It matures to 42-48 inches tall and wide. Grow in part sun to full sun with moist, well-drained soil and average water; mulch well and deadhead for neatness. Hardy in USDA Zones 4-9.
