Design with this plant

Overview

Cypress Spurge (Euphorbia cyparissias) is a perennial with fine, needle-like foliage forming a dense, mat-like ground cover. In spring to early summer, it bears yellow-green bracts that resemble flowers. This sun-loving plant reaches 6-12 inches tall and spreads up to 18 inches wide, thriving in USDA zones 4-8. Caution: its sap is irritating to skin and toxic if ingested. Ideal for rock gardens or borders with well-drained soil.
