Cucurbita Foetidissima

Design with this plant

Overview

The Missouri Gourd, or Cucurbita foetidissima, is a robust perennial vine native to North America. It features large, lobed leaves and striking yellow blooms. These hardy plants can spread up to 25 feet and thrive in full sun and well-drained soils. Its foul-smelling fruit deters pests, making it a low-maintenance choice. Due to its vigorous growth, consider its placement to prevent overtaking nearby plants.
