Overview
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia triphylla) is a perennial herb prized for its citrus-scented leaves. Reaching up to 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. Utilized in garden beds for its aromatic foliage, it also excels in containers. In colder zones, it's often grown as an annual or overwintered indoors. Flowers are small and lavender, but it's mainly grown for its fragrant, culinary, and medicinal leaves.
