Overview

The Yucca gloriosa, also known as Spanish Dagger, is a resilient evergreen that adds architectural flair. This hardy shrub boasts a dense rosette of flexible, sword-shaped leaves, each reaching up to 2-3 feet long. Creamy-white, bell-shaped blooms emerge on spikes up to 6 feet tall in summer to fall. Thrives in well-drained soil, zones 7-11, and requires full sun. Drought-tolerant once established, it's an excellent choice for xeriscaping.
