Overview
Yucca aloifolia, or Spanish Bayonet, is a striking evergreen accent plant, reaching heights of 10-15 feet with a spread of 3-8 feet. Its sharp, stiff leaves of deep green form a dense rosette, with mature plants showcasing dramatic white flower spikes up to 2 feet long. Ideal for xeriscaping, this drought-tolerant species thrives in full sun and well-drained soils, zones 8-11. Adds architectural interest and requires minimal maintenance.
