Overview
The Spilled Wine® Weigela, or Weigela florida, is a compact deciduous shrub with deep black-purple foliage and bright pink spring flowers. It grows 24-36 inches tall and spreads 36-48 inches wide in a low, spreading form. Best in full sun and well-drained soil with average moisture, it is easy to maintain and deer resistant. Hardy in USDA Zones 4-8.
