Overview

Vachellia constricta, or White Thorn, is a hardy shrub native to the Southwest. Growing up to 10-15 feet tall, this drought-tolerant plant boasts a rounded silhouette with clusters of vibrant, white puffball flowers in spring. Its dense, thorny branches provide excellent habitat for wildlife. Thriving under full sun, it's ideal for xeriscaping and adds texture to arid landscapes. Requires minimal maintenance and well-drained soils. USDA Zone: 8-11.
