Overview

The American Marigold (Tagetes erecta), also known as the African Marigold, boasts vibrant yellow to orange blooms. This annual can reach 1-3 feet in height and up to 2 feet in width, flourishing in full sun and well-drained soil. Its bold flowers and rich foliage, thriving from early summer to frost, make it ideal for borders, color massing, and containers, while also repelling garden pests with its distinctive scent.
