Overview
The Texas Mountain Laurel (Sophora secundiflora) is an evergreen shrub or small tree, reaching 10-15ft in height and 10ft in width. This native dazzles with dense, glossy leaves and drooping clusters of fragrant purple blossoms each spring. It thrives in well-drained soils and full sun to part shade. Once established, it's drought-tolerant, making it an ideal, low-maintenance choice for Southern landscapes. Zones 7-11.
