Design with this plant

Overview

Simmondsia chinensis, commonly known as Jojoba or Goatnut, is a perennial shrub native to Southwestern North America. Adaptable to arid conditions, it reaches up to 6 feet in height and spreads 6 to 10 feet wide. Noted for its wax-producing seeds, this dioecious plant requires both male and female specimens for pollination. The dense, leathery foliage and inconspicuous flowers are highly drought-resistant, thriving in well-drained soils under full sun.
