'Spearmint' Primrose
Primula vulgaris
Overview
The Primula vulgaris 'Spearmint' is a compact perennial primrose with large minty white flowers above fresh green foliage. It forms a rounded mound 5-8 inches tall and 10-12 inches wide, ideal for shaded borders and spring containers. Grow in part shade to shade with fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil, keeping shallow roots from drying. Hardy in USDA Zones 4-9.
