Overview

Interstella® Lily of the Valley shrub, or Pieris japonica 'Interstella', is an evergreen mounded shrub with ruby-red and white bell blooms, glossy green leaves, and red new growth. It matures to 3-4 feet tall and wide. Grow it in full shade to part sun or gentle sun with acidic, moist, well-drained soil and average water. Deer resistant and ideal for borders, masses, or specimens. Hardy in USDA Zones 5-8.
