Pink Knotweed, Persicaria capitata, is a low-growing, creeping perennial, thriving in zones 7-10. Featuring heart-shaped leaves and clustered, pink-hued flower spikes, it spreads to around 18 inches and stands up to 6 inches tall. Ideal as ground cover or in rock gardens, this drought-tolerant plant blooms late summer to fall, attracting pollinators.
