Overview

Button Fern, Pellaea rotundifolia, is an elegant, evergreen fern with a compact growth habit, reaching up to 12 inches in height and spread. Its charming, rounded, button-like leaflets adorn arching stems, offering lush texture to shaded areas. Hardy in USDA Zones 9-11, it thrives in well-draining, humus-rich soil and prefers moderate moisture. Ideal for adding delicate greenery to low-light indoor spaces or as understory plants in sheltered garden nooks.
