Overview

The Burkwood Osmanthus, Osmanthus x burkwoodii, is a striking evergreen shrub. It features dense, glossy, dark green foliage and clusters of highly fragrant, white flowers that blossom in mid-spring. Typically reaching 6 to 10 feet in height with a 6 to 8-foot spread, it makes an excellent hedge or standalone specimen. This hybrid thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soils, offering year-round visual interest and olfactory delight.
