Rose Muhly
Muhlenbergia Reverchonii
Overview
Rose Muhly, Muhlenbergia reverchonii, is a perennial grass standing 2-3 ft tall, with a 1.5-2 ft spread. Esteemed for its feathery pink to rose-red inflorescences that bloom in late summer to fall, it adds a delicate texture to gardens. Thrives in USDA zones 5-9, full sun to partial shade, and requires well-drained soils. Drought-tolerant once established, it's an excellent choice for low-maintenance, water-wise landscapes.
