Crystal Ice Plant

Overview

The Crystal Ice Plant (Mesembryanthemum crystallinum) is a succulent ground cover measuring up to 6 inches in height with a spread of up to 2 feet. It features fleshy, lime-green leaves covered in glistening, crystal-like hairs, giving the plant its icy appearance. Drought tolerant and preferring full sun, it blooms in summer with small, white-to-pale pink flowers, enhancing Mediterranean and rock garden designs with its unique texture.
