Overview
The Turkscap Lily (Lilium superbum) is a stunning perennial reaching heights of 3-7 feet. Characterized by its vibrant orange, recurved petals speckled with purple spots, it spans 2-4 inches wide and carries 20-40 blossoms per stalk in summer. This North American native prefers moist, well-draining soil and partial shade to full sun. It's ideal for adding vertical interest in borders or as a naturalizing woodland garden specimen. Hardy in zones 4-8.
