Brass Buttons

Overview

Leptinella squalida, commonly known as Brass Buttons, is a perennial ground cover with feathery, fern-like foliage and petite, button-like yellow flowers. Thriving in USDA zones 4-9, it grows to a diminutive 2 inches in height and spreads up to 12 inches. Preferring partial shade to full sun, Leptinella squalida is perfect for filling gaps with its intricate texture and can tolerate some foot traffic, making it ideal for pathways and patios.
