Design with this plant

Overview

The Mexican Honeysuckle, Justicia spicigera, is a vibrant, evergreen shrub reaching heights of 2-4 feet with an equal spread. Its tubular orange flowers bloom year-round, attracting hummingbirds and pollinators. Thriving in USDA zones 8b-11, it favors full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. Low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once established, it's ideal for borders, accents, or wildlife gardens. Pruning promotes bushier growth and more abundant blooms.
