Overview
Isocoma menziesii, or Menzies' Goldenbush, is a coastal perennial shrub native to California. It flourishes in sandy soils, reaching 1-3 feet in height with a spread of 3-4 feet. Its yellow, aster-like blooms emerge in late summer to fall, attracting pollinators such as butterflies. Drought-tolerant once established, it's an excellent choice for xeriscaping. Full sun exposure is ideal for optimal growth and flowering. USDA zones 8-10.
