The Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus undatus) is a tropical climbing cactus that can reach up to 20 feet. It thrives in warm climates (USDA zones 10-11) with full to partial sun. Its large, scented, nocturnal blooms are up to 14 inches wide, while its striking fruit features a bright pink rind with sweet, seed-speckled, white flesh inside. Requires well-draining soil and minimal water once established. Unique, ornamental and edible.
