Helichrysum italicum, commonly known as Curry Plant, features silver-gray foliage with a strong curry fragrance. This evergreen perennial typically reaches 18-24 inches in height and width, thriving in full sun and well-drained soil. Its summer blooms are small, yellow flowers.
