Trailing Gazania

Overview

Trailing Gazania (Gazania rigens) is a vibrant perennial groundcover, flourishing in zones 9-11. Its trailing stems can spread 1-2 feet, embellished with silver-green foliage. Drought-tolerant, it thrives in full sun, blooming profusely with daisy-like flowers in warm hues, up to 4 inches in diameter, from spring to fall. Preference for well-draining soil makes it ideal for slopes, borders, and containers, adding a burst of color with minimal maintenance.
