Overview
Eschscholzia californica, commonly known as California Poppy, is a vibrant perennial with cup-shaped, orange-yellow flowers, reaching 6-12 inches in height. This drought-tolerant native showcases feathery blue-green foliage, flourishing in full sun and well-drained soils. Blooms from March to September, it's an excellent choice for low-water gardens and mass plantings for a splash of color. Zones 5-10. Attracts pollinators while being deer resistant.
