The Texas Ebony (Ebenopsis ebano) is a hardy, drought-resistant tree, thriving in hot climates with minimal water. It stands proud at 20-30 feet tall, with a crown spreading equally wide, providing dense, luscious shade. Its dark, furrowed bark encases lush, evergreen leaflets, complemented by fragrant yellow flowers in summer that mature into woody, seed-filled pods.
