Cyrilla racemiflora, commonly known as Leatherwood, Titi, or Ironwood Myrtle, thrives in USDA zones 7 to 9. This adaptable evergreen or semi-evergreen shrub reaches 10 to 20 feet high, with a similar spread. It features racemes of fragrant white flowers in summer and has peeling, reddish-brown bark. Prefers acidic, moist soil and full to partial sun. Excellent for naturalized settings or as a specimen plant.
