Overview

The Coreopsis verticillata 'Golden Needles' is a mounded perennial with fine green foliage and golden yellow flowers accented by maroon eyes. It matures at 18-20 inches tall and 20-22 inches wide. Best in full sun and well-drained soil, it handles average to poor soils, attracts bees and butterflies, resists deer, and is drought tolerant once established. Hardy in USDA Zones 5-9.
