Overview
Snow In Summer (Cerastium tomentosum) is a vigorous, mat-forming perennial that flourishes in full sun. Its felt-like foliage, reaching 6-12 inches high, spreads up to 24 inches, providing excellent ground cover. From late spring to early summer, it boasts abundant star-shaped, white flowers creating a striking contrast with its silvery-gray leaves. Hardy in zones 3-7, it requires well-drained soil and minimal maintenance, making it ideal for rock gardens and border fronts.
