The Campanula glomerata 'Bells and Whistles' is an upright perennial with green foliage and clustered violet-blue bell-shaped flowers in summer. It matures 24-28 inches tall and 22-26 inches wide. Best in part sun to full sun, it prefers average to fertile, very well-drained soil with average water; afternoon shade helps in southern gardens. Hardy in USDA Zones 3-8.
