Berlandier's Sundrops
Calylophus Berlandieri
Overview
Berlandier's Sundrops (Calylophus berlandieri) is a resilient perennial native to the Southwest, ideal for xeriscaping. This sun-lover grows 12-18 inches tall, forming a mound of narrow leaves, with showy, yellow, cup-shaped blooms from spring to fall. Requires full sun and well-draining soil; drought-tolerant once established. Space plants 15-18 inches apart. Attracts pollinators while resisting deer, adding bright, low-maintenance color to any sunny landscape.
