Overview
The Makoyana Peacock Plant, or Calathea makoyana, is a mounded tropical houseplant with broad green leaves patterned in peacock-like stripes of deep olive and pale green, with burgundy undersides as foliage matures. It grows 12-24 inches tall and wide. Best in low to medium indirect light, moist well-drained potting mix, filtered water, and moderate to high humidity. Hardy in USDA Zones 11-12.
