Design with this plant

Overview

Acer negundo, or Box Elder, is a fast-growing, deciduous maple reaching 30-50 ft. with a spread of 20-40 ft. Notorious for its adaptability, it thrives in zones 2-9, tolerates various soil conditions, and withstands urban pollution. It features pinnately compound leaves and is dioecious, with yellow-green flowers. Note its potential for aggressive spreading and brittle wood which may require maintenance and careful location consideration in landscape designs.
